Lillo Thomas was a universe-class sprinter at 16, setting the terrestrial ball record for the 200 meters at 20.8 seconds. But every automobile accident in Brazil prevented him from appearing in the 1984 Olympics, in the impute of which he had qualified. Thomas left open-air sports behind for music, and toured through comedian Eddie Murphy in 1985.
